Well folks, just when you thought you had heard it all, President Obama outdoes himself.  Speak with perfect English and say what we all wanted to hear originally but with experience in hand nothing or very little will come about.  To read about the Independent response to the Presidents State of the Union Speech hit this link now.

HE IS ALL STRATEGY, not substance and not deed.  He is a tad cerebral, but only a tad.  He has a very good personality but not a great personality.  He is good looking, but not exceptionally good looking.  He is a bit of a radical by association but not an "appearing as" radical.  He exerts much in the way of personal self control. 

All of these things delivers a super hit initially, because Obama had made strategy and let us view a product of his designs.  But he is not one that contributed to the true evolution of mankind, such as an Einstein or Pasteur etc and thus only a tad cerebral.  He is endearing and likeable, but what drives him in policy is associated with those pimply kind of guys, usually an outcast or a destroyer of nations and peoples.  He is a greater enigma upon analysis then he is just the simple likable guy, who seemed like that nice kid from everyone's neighborhood and not the guy who would be instrumental in a city government take over of your property and domain of sustenance.  And by those with of course a greater vision then the owner of what to do with his own property!  That is of course, If we were discussing  examples of similarities in beliefs.

Examples can never be forgotten at the gut unconscious level.  Like anyone who would equal the scales of health insurance for the many through deals with unions to unbalance the unjust withdrawal from Mom and Pop America and of course always the super successful who don't wine because as American history has taught us, we all as Americans feel the patriotism and philanthropy to help our neighbors. Until those balances of human nature squeeze dry the few American success stories in business and finance we have left to brag about, damaging the entire system in the name of fixing a problem that was never as dire as the problem being created!  The missing link so to speak.

America is designed by the human condition and for "we the people", by "we the people" and of "we the people" as none of the brilliant psychologists or thinkers to this day, have duplicated or created such perfection in seeking to distinguish the natural rights of each and every individual within the "land of the free", as such the perfect document, as our Constitution, built on the shoulders of the document to end all tyranny through "unfair taxation" and unfair "representation", the Declaration of Independence. 

Folks, all Americans from Liberal to Conservative, to the centrist "Tea Party" folks of all colors, creeds, races, religions, parties, or sex" also saying enough with anything but fiscal conservatism.  Not social conservatism, not religious conservatism, but on the common ground of "fiscal conservatives" and polices which will be supported by most of the people most of the time, and most of the people in some future time.  That was the change we were looking for.  Someone who's deeds as President manifested the n'th degree of American values of the Founding Fathers, and not wing-ends of either the Republican or the Democrat and especially the Democrat or Republican Progressives, of which the later is a scourge of our nation to some, and a "make Star Trek real life today mommy" to others; a dream world! 

It could be disappointing when we realize what we do have as a President.  We can still emphasize the best parts if he would just stop implementing.  We could brag about our presidents ability to strategize.  But in reality as long as things go well and he doesn't  upset the American people the way each and every action taken by him has, save the Prosecution of the continuing war in the middle east, and his innate likeability, he is better off as a governor rather than a tinkerer.  But it seems to be who he is.  Succeed bigger then the rest because he creates through strategy the illusion of the perfect person for the job he seeks, but then fail grander then the rest..  For when he implements his true nature as it is part of everything we all do in life, the socialist or progressive Sci-Fi imaginary view of reality permeates his every bill, and every executive order.  You see where his tires hit the road, is where history judges our Presidents and if he accomplished deeds the American way or with some other socialist/progressive tone which did cause such insidious and unconscious "gut", "core" reaction from the American people who revel and enjoy caring on in the tradition of our founding fathers, politically, and at the unconscious level. 

Those who may be behind the curve on what is taking place in the undercurrents of American psyche, still can't figure the great American "Tea Party" movements, the Independent movements, the movement of Republicans going back to their roots, and leaving good Democrats searching for a Democrat Identity not relative to the Progressive movement.  The reaction of the people is "so" within us all when presented with President Obama and his quite odd more radical cabinet.  None of us ever imagined that said president could hit such a inner cord, within all our citizenry, and such an inner cord played demonstrates one of the greatest faux pas ever made by a sitting President.  He is unconsciously turning off people and the best example of the initial mass reaction was indeed our very own, "Tea Party" movements.  President Obama is still in denial but as he has proven, very bright and will catch on.  And in time others will be able to explain what happened realistically, but "we the people" must march on, solve our important pressing matters which truly face the nation and need remedies now for financial burdens, inequities, and eliminate barriers to trade and homeland manufacturing, reduce our national debt and deficits while stabilizing the interest markets with long term strategies, not just the oddly timed, and most would say poorly timed taxation of banks on each loan, when the consensus was and still is, strong FDIC, strong partnerships, ease on credit and bad psychology used by banking over the last decade which was overly lenient to lure them in as clients and customers, but weak and abusive delivering service to such instruments or when dealing with the client as too mean and stern on clients but wasteful and abusive in their own handling of their personal business structure.  Some created and then passed on toxic assets for example.

As illustrated there are difficult points of monetary science, trade and deficit reduction science, spending cuts and elimination of earmarks, which in only a four year period would make us financially strong, credit super wealthy again, and then able to innovate and take risk on investments to reshape man's existence by reducing his Burdon through technology, while creating ever new jobs in all areas of mankind's life, while securing a system of "openness, transparency, fairness, and justness" through wisdom for all mankind, and not cut out niches for the few, the Union Boss, the bought off senators and much much more. 

No folks, we did not get the Abraham Lincoln we thought we were going to get, but rather, a newer breed of progressive, who speaks like a true average Joe, but for what ever reason, his designs end in big big big government, more new things to tax with higher taxes,  redistribution of the nations wealth and to areas which cannot sustain the design, leading to the inevitable next bubble.  And folks you don't have to be a card carrying Tea Partier to understand as it is self evident to you all, that we must then join in a fight to stop creations of any more bubbles in our economic future!  Obama is just passing the buck down the line in every new bill.  We need a president who's design can stand the test of time while at bat, and reduce the Burdon on future Presidents not simply kick the problem down the road until someone else will have to deal with a far worse problem.   He must hit a home run of first fix the money, economy and jobs, so we can grow our debts as we grow our fortunes so that a balanced budget would occur as routine process rather than massive sudden sacrifice when confronted only by disaster.  It is time for a prophylactic policy which prevents damage and was built for the entire journey, and not leaving a bill to cause the nation to face disaster over and over and over again.  It is time for a leader who will end the nonsense and go to bat for the American people.  Who feels the pain of America and will say "never again" will I kick the can of problems down the road hidden in ever newer and grander ways to spend monies compounding our nations problems trillions fold!  We need someone who deserves your love, when you give it so openly.  Someone who can build a more healthy fiscal American now, which can then buy what we need and grow with a pay/build as we grow mentality.  You heard the design here first, now spread the word and lets get this nation moving again.

Therefore, President Obama could never be as popular as he was, but with his talent and ability to strategically build an image in his minds eye, and then find ways to communicate the good side of the image, absent the ability to solve the mechanisms which would be necessary to have in place economically to afford to pay for his or any good idea like "his image", and paying for the health care improvements as we go, reduce overall spending, set up the correct "economic climate" for job creation, new manufacturing within the homeland and reward for bringing home x  .  .   amount of new jobs with low taxes on the employer and newly employed for a set number of years, and too much more in this venue. 

We each have to share and capitulate, so "we the people" are all involved, and we know our elected officials are only doing what we elected them to do, and in the ways we imagined, and not of the imaginations of folks who for what ever reason, were brought up in our nation and absent a core understanding of the real meaning of our Constitution, and understanding of what made our founding fathers act, and what legacies of our leaders for tomorrow will build, so that our children can once again, stand like we stood, on the shoulders of giants , as Americans, one and all.

Lets find someone for president that may not be so perfect in personality, but who has the most fiscally conservative views, and demonstrable mechanisms to explain to us in simple language how he/she will bring down our national deficit and debt, bring down our trade deficit, cut spending, reduce taxation, while trying to help the most people while securing the futures for our elderly who built a system they thought they could depend on, and not let us be the betrayers of the public trust who would first cut their Medicare by 450 billion.  We must secure the elderly, secure the children, and then pay as we go, building the health care system for more, while paying for it through the success of our national fiscal business model and real-time production.  New Oil Drilling because to grow we must design more and better ways to manufacture which requires energy be it oil, coal, alternative fuels and nuclear energy in the short run.  Let us find that person of business and trade experience, someone with personal knowledge of health care administration, and a candidate who can explain how he will eliminate the areas of our greatest need which when dissected this way, come to perhaps seven to ten key areas which could turn our nation around today!

Yes President Obama will rebuild some, and perhaps more then this editor opines, but he won't ever reach the zenith he once had, and it seems apparent that until we reach election time, many believe that we must find someone who fits the bill rather then who can talk us into the purchase!  We need the best to step forward to showcase their plans and thus decision making ability prior to election rather then electing the unknown because personality and rhetoric was the keystone rather then common sense based responsibility.  Let this editor know what you think, and for now, may the eternal continue to bless America. little guy

I wanted to tell you how much I like the InfoJustice Journal.  But I was wondering if you could tell me and other readers a little bit about yourself.  I can spend hours reading your samples page, your articles under the "Library of Justice" page, reading your "little guy column", the library of forensic medicine and I especially enjoy your humor and even your songs.  But it appears you have done so much in your life time that I was curious about you.  Could you give your readers a brief summary of who you are?

Heck, you seem to like the Academy Journal so, I would hate to spoil things or write something about myself that could diminish your opinion.  So what follows are a few scans which will give you some of my background prior to my finishing medical school and my hospital rotations last month.  I must tell you however that I may take them down in a few days.  So without further Ado, hit this link and I hope this gives you a feeling for who I am and of course hope you will consider me your editor and continue to read the InfoJustice Journal.

As this editor stated, prior to medical school we were 1 million hits per week on average and actually had million hit days.  Then we dropped to a scant number during medical school and my clinical rotations because of little in the way of time to write.  I just finished medical school last month and we rose to 20,000 hits a day, but because I have must study for my medical boards, as a reader you will note this last week was less in the way of writing albeit the jokes just keep on coming.  But wait until tomorrows stunning visual, because life is stranger then fiction.  Perhaps you will want to keep the kids away for this one. 

Welcome to the new readers, and in between studying for my boards, I will try to keep you informed.  Thank you, thank you, thank you to our avid readers and thank you folks around the globe for your support.  And stay tuned for the best is yet to come. little guy

Mortimer Zuckerman is the Editor in Chief of the U S News and World Report and was a supporter of Barack Obama during his run for the Presidency.  This is a staggering appraisal of the President's first year in office- coming from someone who supported President Obama.  In fact this editor supported our Obama for his bid for the Presidency and simply beat Mort to the press on this one.  But I have to say Mort is spot on and many of my readers will agree.

In a January 20, 2010 editorial, the Editor in Chief of U.S.  News & World Report, Mortimer Zuckerman, had this to say:

“Obama’s ability to connect with voters is what launched him.  But what has surprised me is how he has failed to connect with the voters since he’s been in office.  He’s had so much overexposure.  You have to be selective.  He was doing five Sunday shows.  How many press conferences?  And now people stop listening to him… He’s lost his audience.  He has not rallied public opinion.  He has plunged in the polls more than any other public figure since we’ve been using polls.  He’s done everything wrong.  Well, not everything, but the major things… I don’t consider it a triumph.  I consider it a disaster.”  And that’s what his powerful supporters in the liberal media are saying about him!

As the president occupied the White House on January 20, 2009 it became predictable that his popular presidency would last less then a year, at most, because the things he promised in his campaign were broken (Please read my article the Fifteen out of 200 broken promises made by now President Obama BELOW...) and the things he stood for were so uniquely un-American.  Looking back over his year in office, any reasonably precocious fifth grader could make a cogent argument in opposition to nearly everything he’s done.  In fact, his policies have been so extreme and so far outside the mainstream that he was destined to achieve the most spectacular fall from grace of any American president in history.  It was easy to see him serving out the final three years of his term as a virtual exile in the White House… afraid to venture out among any but the most rabid partisans.

Seeing his most ambitious initiative, healthcare reform, die in the flames of the Massachusetts Massacre, Obama made a hastily-planned “sortie” to Ohio for yet another Bush-bashing, self-aggrandizing, hubris and pontifical stump speech on job creation.  It was vintage Obama… full of left wing hyperbole and planted questions from the Kool-Ade drinkers in the hand-picked audience… but there were just two things wrong with it: 1) Almost everything he said was either wrong or an outright lie, or a broken campaign promise and 2) He is so overexposed that no one in the television audience really wanted to see him.

Obama Kool-Ade drinkers in the media, and elsewhere, like to describe Obama as a “very bright man, a true intellectual (compared to George W.  Bush and the lovely spot on Sarah Palin, of course).  If that is the case, then why has he demonstrated such a great inability to learn from his failures?  The strident words and the in-your-face attitude of his Ohio speech were proof that he has totally misread the meaning of the Scott Brown victory in Massachusetts and subsequently mislead the people of our nation comparing Scott Brown's victory with his election!

Whatever hopes and dreams Obama had for his time in the White House, whatever grandiose plans he had for transforming the United States from a constitutional republic with a free market economy into a socialist dictatorship with a centrally planned economy molded after Venezuela , were all lost on Tuesday, January 19, 2010… one day short of a full year in office. He appears to have learned nothing from the experience.  If you are in the press or a comedian in Venezuela, and you say something Chavez doesn't like, he will close you down.  Which he has and continues to do!  Only the radical chameleons who poses as Americas because they were born here, support Dictator Chavez and his tyrannical government because in reality they are socialist with communism held secretly in their lying hearts for the soul purpose of destroying the American way of life built on the backs of our founding fathers

Comedian George Gobel once asked, rhetorically, “Did you ever get the feeling that the world was a tuxedo and you were a pair of brown shoes?”  In the context of 21st century American politics, and assuming that he has any capacity at all for honest self-examination, Obama must be feeling today very much like a pair of brown shoes at a black tie soiree.

When a politically naïve and totally inexperienced young Afro-American, with a glib tongue and an exceptional ability to read words convincingly from a teleprompter, announced that he was ready to serve as President of the United States, liberals and Democrats saw it as a perfect opportunity to expiate whatever white guilt they may have felt… which was apparently considerable among those on the political left.  It didn’t seem to bother them that, as one pundit has remarked, “every time he walks into a room he is the least experienced and the least qualified man in the room.” Nevertheless, his friends in the worldwide socialist movement and the international banking community figured out how to smuggle hundreds of millions of dollars in illegal campaign funds into the country, the Afro-American community rallied to his banner, and American liberals and the mainstream media jumped on board the bandwagon.  Even folks who believed his promises like this editor and other good hearted Americans, thought it would be good to have an Afro-American as president to prove to the world that we are the land of the free and the most unbiased nation on the globe.  Well we proved that, but ended up with a chameleon wolf in sheep's clothing, destroyer of the constitution, our declaration of Independence and the roads built by our founding fathers.  And thus, together, all such factions made it happen for him.  But now, just one year later, Obama appears destined to become the unhappiest man in American politics… unhappier than even former Senator John Edwards, who runs a close second, and former president Bill Clinton.

Clinton will be the third unhappiest man because, after capturing the big prize, he frittered away whatever chance he had of ever being compared favorably with Franklin D.  Roosevelt as one of the 20th century’s greatest Democrat presidents.  Not only was he a politician of unusual skill and insight, he was widely known as a policy “wonk” among policy wonks and he had the drive and the personal charm to be loved and respected around the world.  Unfortunately, he was never able to put the public trust at the top of his priority list.  Instead, he surrounded himself with a large cadre of trusted enablers who allowed him to conduct himself as if he were, not the President of the United States, but the class stud on an extended spring break in Acapulco.

Now that he’s been out of office for nearly a decade and he’s married to the current Secretary of State, he spends his days trying to find something useful to do without calling an undue amount of attention to himself.  Having lied so shamelessly to the American people, having perjured himself in a court of law, having turned the Oval Office into a sexual playpen, and having suffered the humiliation of impeachment, he’s smart enough to know that he has little reputation left to protect.  So in order to protect whatever legacy remains, he walks a tightrope every day… and he has many more years to walk it without falling off.

Former Senator John Edwards is destined to be the second unhappiest man in American politics because he will be known forever as the most thoroughly despised scumbag in the political arena.  A trial lawyer, Edwards amassed a $60 million fortune by winning large jury awards against doctors, hospitals, and corporations.  His specialty was cases in which children were born with cerebral palsy, which he blamed on doctors who had waited too long to perform C-sections, a claim that doctors and medical researchers have described as “junk science.”  Which it was.  Then, like Obama, he decided that his experience in the courtroom, his glib tongue, and his one term in the U.S.  Senate qualified him to be President of the United States.  He entered the 2004 Democratic presidential primaries, raising an incredible amount of money for a newcomer to elective office… most of it raised illegally by “bundlers” in plaintiffs’ law firms across the country.  He was unsuccessful in his quest for the Democratic nomination but was selected by his Senate colleague, John Kerry, as his running mate.

Two years later, in 2006, Edwards met a young blonde film producer, Rielle Hunter, and embarked on a love affair with her.  On February 27, 2008, Hunter gave birth to a daughter, for whom Edwards has consistently denied paternity… until now.  That denial now known as the truth, was one of the most heinous acts a father had committed absent violence.

When you consider that all of this was happening while his wife was waging a long battle with breast cancer, Edwards now has the well-deserved reputation of being the sleaziest of the sleazy.  He is so universally despised that, if he is on the lookout for a friend, he might as well resign himself to getting a duck… or moving in with O.J. Simpson.  Terry Moran, host of ABC’s This Week, put it all in perspective.  He said, “What’s interesting to note is that Edwards’ latest admission (that he is the father of Hunter’s child) came while he was in Haiti.  As if the people of that sad place didn’t have enough problems.” Clearly, the one thing Clinton and Edwards share that places them near the top of our list is their sexual peccadilloes, a shortcoming that Obama does not appear to share with them… at least from what we know so far. But this editor has to admit with a bombshell wife like Mrs. Obama, one would have to have a whole in ones head to cheat on her!  Indeed.  Bombshell!

What we do know about Obama is that, since his teen years, he has been mentored by, gravitated toward, and surrounded by the most dangerous sort of America-hating socialists, communists, and Marxists… from Frank Marshall Davis and Saul Alinsky to Weather Underground terrorists Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn, to Rev.  Jeremiah Wright, George Soros, and countless radical left college professors.

What destines Obama for the top spot on the list of unhappiest American politicians… aside from the failure of his economic recovery program, the failure of his radical cap-and-trade proposal, his failed attempt to give labor bosses unprecedented power to intimidate blue collar workers with the unequal taxation of mom and pop America for Cadillac Insurance plans while the union bosses get off scott free, and his ill-fated attempts at healthcare reform which 65% of Americans are against concomitant with the larges number of job losses and unemployed Americans since the great depression which all  occurred after he was elected and due entirely to his failed spend America into bankruptcy plan, his designs to destroy congressional procedures by using the financing tool of reconciliation inappropriately and unethically over the 200 year system which had been designed by our founding fathers and until he was elected… is the fact that he carries on his shoulders the hopes and aspirations of every Afro-American child in America.  It is unfortunate that, because he is so far outside the American mainstream, and because he carries so much hatred in his heart for the legacy and designs of the founding fathers country he seeks to lead, his failures will be viewed by generations of Afro-American children, not as the failure of an Afro-American socialist attempting to bring down a constitutional republic, but simply as the failure of a Afro-American man.

A man can fail in the eyes of his countrymen and still be dearly loved by those closest to him.  But in Obama’s case, his beautify and witty wife and his two lovely daughters will be there to suffer every agonizing step of his fall along with him.  And for the rest of his life, each time he looks into their eyes, and into the eyes of Afro-Americans and black folks everywhere in our world, he will see the crushing disappointment that his ill-fated attempt at national trans-formation has caused them.

What in the heck is going on with our national Census Bureau?  There no longer bean counters which is the authorization of the US Constitution.  They have become secret spies for the Obama government.  Of course you all know that the Census folks are to count heads once every 10 years.  But did you know they will be coming out more than 1 time per year.  And they are asking about your disabilities, how much income you receive, where you get income from, how much you paid for your home and if you rent or lease, what those costs are, how many cars you own, how much you pay for your insurance, if you receive food stamps, what your utility and phone bills amount to and too much more stuff you  wouldn't share with a stranger. Yet they are strangers when they don't follow the Constitution.  In fact why is our constitution being abused?

Ok, I thought you would be a centrist democrat and somehow once elected you have tried to accomplish very far left objectives.  The purpose of this note is it's never to late to repent.  Of course I mean move to the center, stop spending and propose spending cuts, elimination of earmarks, reduction of the national debt and deficit now rather then kicking the can of super spending down the road for future generations to face the day of reckoning.  This editor is taking the time to write this because I know that inside you have a good heart.  Well, couldn't you show it again.  Walk away from the far left liberals.  My friends and readers think it is impossible for you to move to the center.  Maybe their right.  Your actions prove them right.  But folks of religions forgive.  So if you could stop the spending and take my idea of pay as we grow as I have written over and over, we can turn this nation around.  Please don't say this editor didn't try.  This is my goodwill for the weekend and do what you may.  And it is my greatest hope that the eternal will continue to Bless American. little guy

LETTERS TO THE EDITOR ABOUT THE ARTICLE BELOW

When our president took office our the deficit was 500 Billion and today the deficit is almost 2 trillion and climbing with the national debt now at twelve and one half trillion dollars.  As illustrated truthfully above our president has dug a financial hole in which our children and their children may never be able to climb out of.

In conclusion, write your congressperson, our senators, your president, and your press and news choice to say we want rational and responsible actions on the part of elected officials who act not in a King like manner, but that simply enacts legislation which the people want.  Clearly from what we have witnessed, neither the brightest or the best most often run for office but the one that can BS the best, and one who is in search of green poultice gain at the expense of you, the American people.  You have one week left to make your voices heard.  Of course tell them that you want incremental changes to improve our delivery to Americans such as my "pay as the nation grows out of debt plan" and back to full employment.  As this editor opined over and over first and immediately insure new births for those uninsured.  Then as the economic cycle moves forward and we cut spending and cut taxes on homeland manufacturing and new small business which will increase the tax base through increased new homeland manufacturing and employment, then we insure the largest poverty group in America, the 1-13 year olds.  As we grow we can add the 50-premedicare aged groups, and then the teens and finally all folks who are uninsured.  However, once gainfully employed usually with insurance, they drop out of the safety net to reduce costs so our entire nation can continue to grow in prosperity.  It is up to you folks, to make your voices heard as our fathers did, their fathers and mothers did, and return our nation to the Republic for which it stood, ensuring American home spun values rather then imported values from Socialists, Communists, and foreign Dictators.

Thank you for contacting the InfoJustice Journal on the possible "eve of destruction".  After witnessing the most pancake flip flopping party members in mankind's experiential existence, we can only hope and pray that the few good Democrats who opposed this bill have grown in numbers, wish to be reelected, and will stop the slaughter of our American Health Care System.  Let alone spending dollar amounts so high, it was thought impossible just a short 1 1/2 years ago.  Let's hope that your crystal ball is incorrect.  But, it does look like a socialist/Marxist takeover of our nation is afoot.  The only way to insure this never happens again is a zero vote for Democrats across the board in November if this Marxist Obamacare bill passes. little guy

WEEKEND WORDS WILL BE DELAYED

Folks, when Glenn Beck tries to warn the good folks of America about the loss of freedom under Democratic Venezuelan rule by Chavez, what he is saying is that it could happen here.  Well, this Journal was HIT again last evening, and for the few that follow us, you can see that the writing column has enlarged relative to width.  Well I kind of liked it until I tried to correct the spacing errors noted down the page always.  It appears that the formatting has been broken.  Thus, since Midnight I have been rebuilding a new Little Guy page with brand new HTML design and then entering much of the page articles and jokes from this current version you are viewing.  But its very time consuming and because this editor appears to only be a third done, I wanted you to know that it appears my article SOCIALIST/MARXIST NUT JOB BENEDICT ARNOLD-LIKE TRAITORS DESTROY THE AMERICAN WAY actually tipped the ship America a bit, causing those same hit men that knocked this Journal down December 31st, and again in the 2nd week of January, to attack again.  Where is this editor's freedom of the press?  Heck if a fellow can't even make constructive criticism with full facts to support the evidence in this nation absent attack, then you must listen to Glenn Beck when he warns you about how precious our basic rights and freedoms are, those that are given by the eternal, and not to confuse them with the socialist/Marxist nut job Benedict Arnold like bad Democrat majorities far far leftist manipulation of our nation towards communism. 

By the eternal all this editor asks for is a free America, where I can build my life on my own merits and absent the types of communist/socialist devices concocted by those who betray the type of free America built by our founding fathers.  Sunday, the press and Obama/Reid/Pelosi et al. call it a historic day, but to freemen it will be a day of infamy.  Let's say George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and Ben Franklin were suddenly whisked from heaven back to earth, what do you think they would say about creating a socialistic form of care?  It would be an uprising which would mirror the Declaration of Independence.  And you know this to be true.  Shame, shame, shame on any traitors that change our nation from a free Republic to a controlled democracy which is how the Soviet Union began, Communist China began, and on and on history teaches us to tread carefully, when contemplating changing freedom into Government control.

And if hitting my page was not bad enough, the server that this Journal is on was hit with so much load (continuous barrage of hits from computers not even aimed at my page, that the server went down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!).   It is my belief that there are some folks that have something to fear and thus are guilty of all that this journal points to relative to stopping you, the American people from reading this Journal until the Bad Democrat's make their vote tomorrow.  Remember the last time I was hit it was before the Massachusetts election so I changed providers to be up and writing and to be read in time to express journalistic freedom days before the election.  So this is a repeat performance of that dirty un-American anti-freedom of speech trick. Therefore we were off line this morning albeit this editor noted the change in my page formatting about midnight last evening when I begin to work all night to create the new page you have yet to see.  I may make the page smaller and create new additional past issue pages akin to what you find at my oldest blog, Beat the Press created in 1996-97.  I again apologize to my few avid readers and Academy members and "family stationed in Embassy's" and so forth around the globe as well as our homeland retired members

Because I love this land so, this beautiful plot of land from sea to shining see, this land from Canada to Mexico, with our spacious sky's, out great mountains and valleys, our green lands, and tremendous waterways, I am spending the time to bring you the truth, when I should be studying.  You see this nation is more important to me, then my own personal gain.  Patriot to the end, who tingles when I study the writings of Samuel Adams, Thomas Jefferson, George Washington, Ben Franklin, and all our founding fathers.  So I must jump back to rebuilding a new page, perhaps I will have to leave out some of the awards and articles, rebuild the links and all that is good about this Journal, but your freedom is in jeopardy under the bad Democrats.  This Journal calls out to the few good Democrats as you are in the majority to think twice before supporting anything by this President, until freedom can be maintained for all our citizens, even the smallest of the small journalists such as this "little guy".

What is the difference between pandering and saying thank you thank you thank you to individuals who write to you...?  Aren't you pandering when you say thank you so many times?  I remember reading one of your columns when you said thank you thank you thank you to a doctor who ran across your website and congratulated you for your patriotic designs and content.  Weren't you pandering or brown nosing as you say? 

Dear Mr. Weinstein,

What?  Did you drowned in Kool-Aid?!  Pandering is "To cater to the lower tastes and desires of others or exploit their weaknesses often for profit"  For example for a republican to lie on the ballet and vote for a democrat that they hate only to eliminate some poor person of a different color, creed or race is of lower tastes.  Even the Attorney General of Ohio agreed albeit it was not deemed illegal.  Further pandering would be performing acts of a lower taste for profit such as prostitution Sir!

My saying thank you was an act of kindness in return to someone who was kind to me.  Kindness is "An instance of kind behavior....i.e. I will always remember your many kindnesses to me".  Further it was a demonstration of respect for his kindness.  Before you ask, Respect of someone is "To feel or show deferential regard for; esteem or a polite expressions of consideration".  What you witnessed is proper upbringing and an appreciation for people who have done something kind to this journal, our membership or myself for example. 

I hope you will use these words correctly in the future.  And not be hurtful or callous with the English language to good and honest folks.  And stop guzzling the Kool-Aid Sir.  Good luck.

Tomorrow begins a new rotation which will preclude my ability to advance issues facing the nation.  The hours will cause this editor to miss the news programming which often establishes various opinions which must be sorted out based on true patriotism, ethics, good and sound moral standards based on the American Way.  When your editor studies or participates in medicine, it becomes all consuming and have little in the way of time to opine.  I have assigned someone to check my email should any emergencies arise, but again apologize to the many many folks, businesses, or politicians who often write.  However, I would like to thank the honorable John Kerry, Barbra Boxer, Lt. Governor Garamendi and others for helping me keep you informed among many others, all the folks who have written letters to the editor to whom I haven't the time to reply, and all my many readers.  Sometime during this next year or more of clerkships, when ever your editor is off for a bit, I will try to contribute to the national conscience.  However as this editor is only human, my continuing study of medicine consumes my imagination, creativity and editorial concerns.  Best of luck to all my readers, the members of the Academy, and may God Bless you and America. little guy
