LETTER FROM THE JUDGE TO NANCY
PELOSI
Some
say that the age of chivalry is past, that the spirit of
romance is dead. The age of chivalry is never past, so long as
there is a wrong left unredressed on earth."
Charles Kingsley,
Vol., II, Ch 28:
"A good conscience is
a continual Christmas"
Benjamin Franklin
When this editor reads
this stuff it becomes harder and harder to believe that anyone would
admit to being a Democrat. It is as if you can't trust anyone who
is a Democrat; politician, comedian or pundit as it seems they are all
twisting the truth into knots during this cycle with our President being
the "King" of faux pas giving miss-information unconsciously or
consciously. But he pails in comparison to the MSNBC pundits who
appear to have lost the truth to spin. They must win for the
Democrats by daily spin, spin, spin and on the same tired subjects night
after night hurting the once favorite of America NBC as well as the
Democrat party. But without further Ado, the Judge writes:

Well there you have it, and you
probably read it first here at the InfoJustice Journal.
My addition to Judge Guthrie's letter is that our President Obama
is making mistakes and
misstatements after misstatement, and of course I am
referring to his latest mistake of overstating the cost
savings of the Health Care Bill over the next decade.
Just to remind you he said "Our cost-cutting measures
mirror most of the proposals in the current Senate bill,
which reduces most people's premiums and brings down our
deficit by up to $1 trillion dollars over the next
decade...Those aren't my numbers...They are the savings
determined by the Congressional Budget office."
Yet when this editor checked this
out it was revealed that the Budget office estimate was
that the bill would save $132 billion from 2010 to 2019!
Folks that is almost a trillion dollar error! I
guess the error wipes out any savings and thus we are in
for a massive increase in our national debt and deficit
if his health care bill is forced down the throats of
America as we will be paying for an additional 30 or
more million folks. Its the quadruple whammy so to speak.
We lose big time relative to the costs and we lose the
best health care system on earth. And this untruth
is followed by the crazy Democrat pundit lie that we are
paying that much for those folks already. That is
not true. Ask anyone in the health care business.
No one reimburses for the uninsured in private office
visits to MD, DC, DO's, PhD's, Nurse Practitioners and
the like! They don't get ripped off because
everyone checks before a patient is accepted. Of
course there is the care for good will. Something
that will be lost under the Presidents plan. It is
only the hospital emergency rooms or stays which get hit
and usually do to fraud or misrepresentation, which
causes their horrible loses but there is no
reimbursement so the American people don't pay
(However the 15% as calculated in 1995 is 15% of
society and as such, my solution of pay as we grow out
of this debt and deficit is the answer. In other
words expand Medicare to those folks in an incremental
fashion. This occurs with Tort Reform, the ability
to shop across state boarders for better price
insurance, and by first insuring the newborn and any
elderly. Next, as fiscal responsibility and tax
reductions for those businesses which hire new employees
and to those new hired for a limited time, as well as
tax reductions for new homeland manufacturing increase
our tax base through increased employment, begin to
include adolescents. Once the nation is fiscally
more secure increase to teenagers, and finally adults
through a sensible, rational and responsible health
security net and approach, which folks would drop out of
when gainfully employed rather than throwing out the
baby with the bathwater approach with against robs our
seniors today of 450 billions dollars, hurts physicians
and surgeons which drives future doctors into other
labor markets, and removes life saving procedures such
as open heart surgeries, valve replacements and so forth
to our elderly!).
Which is why the best clinics in our nation, for example
the Mayo Clinics around the nation will refuse Medicare
and Medicaid reimbursement if this bill passes.
Just lie after lie and more lies by the Democrat pundits.
It is as if they are dumb but we know that isn't it.
Fantastically, it is an $868
billion dollar error made by our President but it proves once again that just
as President Obama thought the Marines were called dead
folks when he pronounced Marine Corps as "Corps" which
actually is the funniest Faux pas by any sitting
president behind his statement that he visited 57
states, only proving that you can't believe
Democrats in this cycle. And that is very sad as
some of my friends and yours are/were Democrats!
Very sad indeed!
Now compare all of this to Ms. Pelosi's
unpopularity around the nation, and one must wonder why
the Democrats are so hell bent on destroying their own
party? Well, its a shame because we only have
two parties and for one to make mistake after mistake,
Faux pas after Faux pas, serious sexual scandal after
sexual scandal (Clinton and now Edwards) which hurt our
nation concomitant with today's back room deals, secret deals,
continuing bribes, unfair promises to big Union Bosses
un-leveling the
playing field (Which is why
this nation was built, why we had a Declaration of
Independence only proving today's Democrat pundits
failed to study or understand history and what made this
nation great!) which robs mom and pop
America as well as stealing 450 billion from Medicare
designed to help those seniors who already did their
part for our nation and never made the mistakes that
today's Democrats are making causing every concerned
citizen to question party loyalties.
It is time to be loyal to America
and not a political party. It is time for us to go
back to our American roots, and follow the paths set for
us by our founding fathers. If this up and coming
election means a windfall for the Republicans then so be
it. The last cycle the Democrats were rewarded
because of Republican mistakes, and this time the
Democrat mistakes are the most costly in American
history. Admit it. You want to leave a
better America and more financially secure America for
our Children and their children then we have today.
And that means stop the spending, end the earmarks,
balance the budget, reduce our national debt, national
deficit and trade deficits while increasing homeland
manufacturing and new small business to return our
nation to full employment. It is time to support
America and not any candidate or party, and in this
cycle its the Democrats, that thinks they are more
important than our nation. little
